This conversion of the former Annunciation School created 45 new apartment units, a ground floor retail space and a roof deck.

Existing corridors, stairs and other circulation patterns were retained, with classrooms being retrofitted and combined to accommodate the new apartment use.

The existing site landscaping and parking was also reconstructed. In combination with the full coverage extensive green roof, the project qualified for Philadelphia Water Department stormwater credits. The building is registered on the National Register of Historic Places, and the project received historic preservation tax credits.
