The law firm of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel relocated their offices to a new space in a Center City high-rise.

The scope of renovations included new interior partitions and offices, new finishes throughout and upgrades to an existing monumental stair between the two floors.

The entrance lobby was enlarged and opened up to views of the skyline beyond. The staircase was updated with glass balustrades, stainless steel handrails and wood paneling. Several large pendant lights above the stair were installed to add drama and color.

The adjacent conference rooms are enclosed in translucent glass allowing natural light to penetrate while maintaining clients’ privacy. The project was completed by Floss Barber Inc, with Coscia Moos Architecture serving as the architect of record and providing supporting details for the central stair.
