Originally constructed as a shoe factory in 1904, this building has been transformed into a 164 unit high-design apartment building in Philadelphia's Loft District.

A new 11th floor penthouse structure sits atop the existing concrete frame, and houses an apartment unit and fitness center.

The raised pool deck with spa-style pools is accessed from this penthouse addition, and provides wide sweeping views to Center City, the east and north.

Two retail tenant spaces are located on the ground floor. The basement accommodates 28 parking spaces and is accessed by a new ramp from the street. Coscia Moos Architecture was engaged to re-design interior spaces, coordinate life safety design with exterior curtain wall documents and provide overall architect of record services for the project.
