650 Park Avenue will be a new four-story, 100,000 square foot office building in King of Prussia, PA. Designed with a multi-faceted facade, the building incorporates large expanses of glass designed to maximize daylight to the interior. 

The exterior is illuminated by a combination of vertical and horizontal lights. The interior spaces will have 10-foot ceilings providing an open and expansive feel. Outdoor terraces on the top three floors, including a 1,600 square foot multi-purpose terrace on the fourth floor, offer unobstructed and inviting views.

The First Avenue Linear Park Trail that runs along the front of the property will eventually connect to a larger stretch of planned trails along First Avenue, increasing connectivity throughout the business park community.
