1421 East Columbia Avenue is a new five-story, 16,800-square-foot mixed use, multi-family residential building in the heart of Fishtown in Philadelphia. 

The building will include four floors of residential space, totaling 16 residential units, over a ground floor commercial unit. Built on an intermediate lot, the building was designed in an L-shaped configuration to maximize square footage while providing a small internal courtyard for its residents.  The building features amenities including a 700-square-foot roof deck, indoor bicycle storage and a home security system accessible by app.
